Refund Policy
Velch TCG is committed to fair and transparent returns in line with Australian consumer law.
Change of Mind
Velch TCG does not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Return Timeframes
All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or if an incorrect item has been supplied. Minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging that do not impact the card or product itself are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us via email or our social media channels within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, its packaging, and your order number. Our team will assess your request and notify you of the outcome within 24 hours. If approved, we will provide a prepaid Australia Post return label for the item. Once the returned item is received, a final inspection will be completed and you will be offered either a refund or an exchange, subject to approval.
Exchanges
Velch TCG does not accept exchanges.
Refund Method
All refunds will be processed using the same payment method and currency used for the original purchase.
Credit Card Refunds
Refunds to credit cards are processed back to the original card used at checkout and may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
PayPal Refunds
Refunds processed via PayPal are returned according to the original payment method. Payments made using a PayPal balance or bank transfer will be credited back to the PayPal balance, while credit card payments will be refunded to the original card, which may take up to 30 days to appear. All PayPal refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) at PayPal’s prevailing exchange rate.
Refund Fees
For refunds not related to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and an administrative fee may be deducted. Any applicable fees are applied at the discretion of the team handling the return.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange either a refund or a replacement item of equal value. For single card orders where a card is found to be out of stock, the unavailable item will be refunded and the remainder of the order will be shipped without prior contact.
