Shipping Policy

Velch TCG is an Australian-owned business based in West Melbourne, specialising in Japanese trading cards, with all orders shipped from local stock.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Our team aims to pack and dispatch orders quickly and securely, with all orders shipped within three business days of purchase. Most in-stock orders will be dispatched the next day where possible.

Pre-Orders & In-Stock Items

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped once all items are available. Customers who wish to have in-stock items shipped sooner may contact us to arrange a split shipment, noting that additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery Options:

Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)

Standard domestic shipping is available via Australia Post with full tracking, an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–7 business days, and a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide.

Orders over $300 AUD will receive free standard shipping.

Express Shipping (Australia-Wide)

Express domestic shipping is available via Australia Post with full tracking, an estimated delivery timeframe of 1–2 business days, and a flat rate of $15 Australia-wide.

Shipping Insurance

Orders are shipped without additional insurance by default; customers who would like extra coverage are encouraged to contact us prior to dispatch for a quote.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive for fast and reliable delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. Customers who experience delivery issues should contact us via email within 14 days of receiving their shipping confirmation so we can investigate with the courier.
